My wife has been watching this show on NHK. It has some interesting characters, but they don’t seem very natural. His accent is definitely funny!
One of the points they taught was:
しゃべりっぱなし!
She just keeps talking!動作を継続させたり、くり返し行うことを表現する「ずっと~し続けている」というときはkeep ~ingが使えます。この場合はしゃべっているのが女性なので主語はsheです。justを入れることで、おしゃべりが止まらずうんざりしている様子を表現できます。
For me, しゃべりっぱなし! would be better translated as “She never shuts up!” or “She is a loud mouth!” In Chinese they would call her a goose…
Of course there are many ways to translate things, depending on your audience.
